Interview with Roldán Rodríguez
1) After the good performance in the last race what
is your expectation for the next?
I think my performance in Spa ishows was a good job that we are doing in
Minardi Team . We are advancing in the car´s set up and adapting it to my
driving. I thing in each race we will be more competitive until we will be
fighting for win all the races.
2) This is your first year with the F3000. What do
you think of the car?
It has a good motor, and good tires, brakes, …. But for
me, the most amazing thing is that is a very special car for drive and you
need to adjust. Also I Think with this car you are being prepared for any
motoring championship in the world.
3) Which is the greatest difficulty in driving
F3000?
To try the best and go all laps to maximum, the car requires a lot of
physical conditions. I think when years ago it was races about 200 Km I sure
that i it was very enjoyable.
4) You participate also to the championship of
Spanish F3. Which main the difference between a F3 and one F3000?
I think they are two cars totally different, maybe the two things that I
distinguished was the engine and the dynamic involving in the track .
5) What is yours objective for 2006?
In this season, I missed the first meeting because it coincided with the
Spanish Formula 3 Championship. Because of that I had lost valuable
points for the victory in the championship. But I´m the third in provisional
classification. I want to win a lot of races and the championship.
6) You have made a test with the Minardi F1. Did
you enjoy the experience?
This is a dream come real. It would'nt have been possible without
Adrián Campos and Gian Carlo Minardi. I´m very grateful with them. To drive
a F1 car is a great thing, the technology means you can go to the limits on
the track. After drive a Formula 1, now my dream is to have a opportunity
for a F1 seat.
